This recipe is a childhood favorite. Simple, but oh so good comfort food, easy to make and a big hit with the kids. You can use the canned chili or make your own. Just add frito’s and cheese and you have a hearty, wintry meal in minutes.
When I make my own chili I prefer to eat it with cornbread. My youngest son, however, who doesn’t like cornbread has to have it with fritos and lots of cheese, please! 😉
If you have never had, or never heard of Frito Chili Pie you should definitely give it a try. Something tells me you and your family might just love it.

Place a good amount of fritos in a bowl, top with chili and cheese. If chili is not already heated to melt the cheese, just pop in the microwave for 30 seconds or so and voila’.
